Beau and Daisy Mae are both alive, well and loved. We have enjoyed then so much! They play together and entertain us in the process.
It broke our hearts to hear of your misfortune. So often good comes out of bad. I am hoping that you will be able to find the good. May God bless you all!

It broke my heart to read about the tragic loss of your dogs and your home. I pray for your comfort.
You have brought joy and comfort to my family. Year-old Molly is healthy, happy and about as cute as a dog can be. I hope you are sustained by the knowledge of the happiness you have provided others through your breeding.

Laura,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We will continue to pray to God for your full recovery. Wrigley (Gilbert) is now 6 months old and is beautful. He has turned from a black puppy into a white and black puppy. He weights about 28 lbs. He has been such a blessing in our life. We had to put Frazier to sleep, he was so sick at the end and it was so nice to have Wrigley to help during thta stressful time. Wrigley loves to camp with us. He is a hoot!

You have been in my prayers, I still cry when I think of the loss you and your family have had. It was just a month before you loss that we picked up Nevaeh (Sparrow). She is doing wonderful. We have taken her camping with us and on the boat, she loves it all. I still have not figured out how to keep her with us without her leash. This is my biggest challenge.
God Bless you and your family and let me know how things are going. Do you have a new house yet or are you still living in temp housing?

Hi Laura and family: I just visited your website to show my mother Murphy's lineage, and read of your tragedy!!! I know that this has been a very difficult time for you all. I also know how close you were to Wiggle and Charm - I do feel for you at this time and we will be very conscious about praying for you all. Are there any practical needs at this time? Clothes? Money? I do have all the emails you sent me with pictures so if you want me to forward them to you at some time let me know. May God who is faithful show His face and ways to you during this challenging period. Thinking of you at this time,

By the way, Laura and Beth, Murphy who is now 10 months, continues to bring us such joy and is certainly a very prominent member of the family. We were recently on a road trip with him, took him to the Outer Banks with us and he was VERY taken with the water on the Sound side - not as crazy about the waves, though. He loved the sand and dug to his heart's content. He is very cheeky, loves to "have us on" in a game of tag, plays hide 'n go seek in the house with Maddie and continues to have an incessant need to chew! We love him dearly! Again, thank you. Sheila

Dennis says he would't be surprised if Skip spoke to him one day--he is so smart and such a joy. You and your family are certainly in our prayers. We pray that God will sustain you and your family and continue to comfort you as you heal. We will always appreciate the extra effot you took in getting Boo Boo to us in Alabama.

Hello from up the street in Wilmington. Rick and I were saddened by the news of your fire....we remember all of those dogs well. Our boy, Newman (Jax), has brought us an infinite amount of joy. He is the most perfect dog. I tutor and teach piano to about 50 different kids and he loves them all. He lies on an ottoman next to the piano when the children play....he prefers the piano bench, but I only let him up there when I am the one playing....no, there is not much room for me now that he is grown!!!! I walk him often at Wrightsville Beach and I can not tell you how many people think he's adorable....most people know him better than they know me! Newman was the largest one in his litter but he is not very big....maybe 28-30Lbs and he has the most beautiful black, soft, slight-curly hair. He also loves running in and out of the ocean as he attempts to catch the birds. He smells like fish sometimes, but he always enjoys and warm shower and a session with the blow dryer. He sleeps with us, of course, and always manages to nab the center of the bed....flat on his back with his arms and legs wide open....we can't resist letting him stay. As I said earlier....he is the perfect dog for us. Please call or e-mail if you can think of any thing at all that we can do for you. Fondly, Linda Hine

Hi There! I purchased a Blonde labradoodle in '07. His Name is Bailey. I came to pick him up with my two young girls! He has been such a blessing and a true member of our family! What a wonderful personality he has. He is ready for a friend though and I thought I would visit your site to see if you had any puppies available and I read the shocking news about your house fire. I am so sad. God Bless you and your family. Our families prayers are with you and yours.

I was searching for goldendoodles for our three young children -10, 2 and infant and I read about your house fire. July 4th of 07 our house burned completely down. Our three pets were inside - we lived in rural claremore and the fire department wasn't coming fast enough and I sent my husband in to retrieve our pets and he was trapped inside...he was able to round up all of them - they all hid in different areas. He finally was able to get the pets and himself out through our daughters window. A year later, we are still recovering slowly from losing everything but our lives!! I hope you and your family are doing well...I am interested in a puppy for my kiddos!!

Laura,
I was just thinking of you and your family during the holidays and wanted to send our thoughts and prayers to y'all. I see you have moved to Oklahoma and hope you are enjoying it out there. Bella is doing wonderful (I can't believe that she is 4 1/2 years old), she is such a sweet dog and has been wonderful this past year for us. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have gone through chemo, surgery and am now undergoing radiation, but I am cancer free so all is well!!! Bill - who I was dating when we got Bella was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and is also cancer free. Bella has been my strength through much of this and I am so thankful for her!!! Bill and I also got married this year - so not all news this year has been bad:) So, I just wanted to drop you a line to again thank you for our precious little girl!!! Take care - Merry Christmas and Happy New Year - Jennifer Jackson Miller

Hi Laura,I just learned of your website and wanted to let you know how one of your darling puppies is doing. His name was Zip and was a gift to me and my husband from our son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Kathy. We renamed him Buddy, as he immediately became a very loving buddy to us. He is now 7 months and weighs 26 lbs. He is a wonderful puppy, although still a little naughty at times. He loves people and other dogs so much, so we take him to the dog park as often as we can. Our granddaughter has one of his brothers, so they get to play occasionally. They have such a grand time together and it is so much fun to watch them. Buddy loves to play ball and walks around with a tennis ball in his mouth a lot. I'll send a picture of him soon. Thank you so much for your part in bringing this joy into our home.- Lora Stewart

Hello Lora,
I am so, so delighted to hear from you!
Your little Buddy was such a sweet puppy to raise here. He was so easy to carry around like a baby. My son named him Zip and carried him around all the time. He wants to name one of our new puppies, Zip, in honor of your Buddy.
We would love to see any pics including any of "Banjo", his brother (I can't remember what they decided to call him.)
Thanks so much! :O)

Laura: Tuesday was the first birthday for our darling Buddy (Zip). We had a party for him and his brother Luke (Banjo), complete with party hats, presents and birthday cakes. Buddy is beginning to mature a little. He is still pretty naughty at times and still loves to play ball. He has learned to shake hands, but expects a little treat in return. I will send a picture of the party. Lora Stewart
